同社のITインフラの中のワークスタイル分野でグローバルでの運営・管理の中核を担って頂きます。エンドユーザーが日々利用するMicrosoft365を主とするITツール等を全体最適やガバナンスの観点で標準化し、グローバルでの運営最適化を図る大変重要な役割です。
当該領域メンバーの7割程度が海外グループ会社に在席しているため、様々なシーンで中心となって海外メンバーをリードし取りまとめる、若しくは連携して業務を遂行する、非常にやりがいのあるポジションです。なお活躍の状況によっては将来的な海外赴任の可能性もあります。近い将来のマネージャー候補の位置付けです。
■業務内容：
同社のワークスタイル領域における以下の業務を国内外のメンバーを率いて進めて頂きます。
Microsoft365のグローバル体制での運営、具体的には各種機能の調査やリリースの検討、標準ルールの策定など。
グローバルでの社給PC標準モデルの企画や交渉、WindowsやOfficeの管理とセットアップの標準化。
国内外業務アウトソーシングの管理と改善。

海外メンバーとはメールやチャットなどを使ってコミュニケーションを日々行い、会議では提案や方針説明、ディスカッションや取り纏めを行ない、グローバルで連携した対応を進めて頂きます。

Responsibilities: 特に製品設計を担当する技術者に対して、業務効率や品質を向上させるためのITインフラを適切かつスピーディに提供するため、ユーザと折衝し要件整理を行い、システム開発担当に適切に伝えるHub役を担当します。
主な業務内容としては、ユーザとの折衝を兼ねたシステム開発における要件集約、要件定義、基本設計と検証作業となります。（システム開発作業は基本的には外部業者による委託となります。）
