配属予定のグローバルデジタルマーケティング部CRMチームは、ITチームと連携し、ワールドクラスのCRMプラットフォームを構築しています。本ポジションでは、GHQとして、オンライン・オフライン両方の顧客接点に関わる当グループ全ブランドの各国のデジタルマーケティングの課題解決と成長の推進をリードいただきます。
◎CRM マーケティングの推進
各国各地域のビジネス目標を理解しながら、それぞれ最適な顧客体験を創造するためのCRM活用戦略の策定し、その戦略に基づいたプロジェクトを責任者として推進
ITチームやデータ分析チームと協力しデータセットを掘り下げ、ビジネスインパクトが最大化できるマーケティングオートメーション（MA）プログラムのグローバル規模での方向性を定義実行
◎CRM顧客データプラットフォームの推進
各国各地域のデータプライバシー要件やあらゆる顧客データの意味合いにしたがって、フロントエンド・バックエンドにおけるプライバシー設定を最適化
◎各国事業の推進および支援
グローバル全体のマーケティング戦略に沿って、新商品の市場投入に向けたCRMプログラムを開発
更なる顧客体験の向上やビジネス価値最大化につながるCRMの活用方法を特定
CRMコンサルタントとして、各国各地域のデジタルマーケティングチームが世界最高水準の顧客体験を実現できるよう支援
