Responsibilities

• 本社採用担当として、採用計画立案および採用オペレーションに関する以下の業務を担当していただきます。

＜企画立案／業務割合6割程度＞

• 採用計画策定のための情報収集（社外情報含む）および企画立案
• 採用状況（オンボーディング状況含む）に関する可視化・分析および課題解決のための施策立案

＜オペレーション業務／業務割合4割程度＞

• グローバル採用、障がい者採用を中心とした採用から入社までのオペレーション業務 ※グローバル採用や外国籍学生の新卒採用においては、英語によるメールおよび会話でのやりとりが発生します ※各採用の稼働状況により適宜チーム内メンバーによるフォローを行っています ※入社に関する実務は別部門が担当しています 

Requirements

• 採用に関する戦略立案・企画業務等の知識・経験があること
• 日常会話レベルの英会話力（メールおよび会話によるコミュニケーションができること）
• コミュニケーション能力が高く、他部署との連携が得意であること
• 業務プロセスの改善経験（部門間調整・折衝等含む）があること

• 統計解析の知識やBIツールの利用経験、データ分析のための基盤づくりおよびデータに基づく企画提案力
• 新しい仕組みを作り、チャレンジしていくことに楽しさを感じられること

6.5 - 8.5 million yen
