Responsibilities

• 中期経営計画策定、推進
• 国内外M&A／投資の推進および支援
• 業績予想作成
• 管理会計運営、設計
• IR業務
• その他プロジェクト案件対応

Requirements

必須条件：

• 連結決算および税務申告に係る実務経験
• Excel、Word等を使用したデータ集計／分析／レポーティングに係る実務経験
• 開示書類作成等（有報／短信等）実務経験者

歓迎条件：

• 投資案件の推進や支援、事業価値算定などに係る実務経験
• IR業務、コーポレートガバナンスに係る実務経験
• ビジネス英文対応、ビジネス英会話に係る経験／能力
