PERSOL Group is one of the largest HR service providers in Japan. As an integral part of this organization, PERSOL Career caters to a wide range of needs through its outplacement and recruitment services.
For nine years running, PERSOL Career has won a place in the “Best Workplaces”* ranking, a distinction that we are deeply proud of. It is thanks to the efforts of every one of our employees that it is possible to fulfill the group’s vision of creating a society where everyone can “Work and Smile”.
As the PERSOL Career division that works exclusively with bilingual/multilingual professionals, BRS is comprised of people of various nationalities from diverse backgrounds, whose varying strengths help them play a unique and active role in the organization.
*PERSOL Career won 16th place (in the 1,000 employees or more category) for “Best Workplaces” of 2021, our 9th consecutive year winning the award. The ranking was conducted by Great Place to Work® Institute Japan.

Administrative support

Each consultant is assigned an administrator, who will assist in speeding up their day-to-day tasks, from paperwork to coordinating large meetings and the booking of meeting rooms.

Work environment

We offer flextime with set core hours. Our “free-address” office considers factors like our employees’ circumstances or workload, and allows them to choose where they sit on any given day. We promote the independence of each employee by exposing them to other career development opportunities and chances for growth. At PERSOL, taking paternity leave is encouraged, and the rate of men who utilize these programs has risen with each passing year.

About BRS

PERSOL Career has been in business for over 60 years and employs more than 5,000 employees. Having launched in 2012, BRS is a relatively new service compared with other PERSOL subsidiaries and is still very much in the process of growth. For this reason, each person's achievements are readily recognized, and the contributions of each employee have a direct impact on the growth of the organization. Current BRS members are a collective group from diverse and multicultural backgrounds, and all value a healthy work-life balance.
