As a BRS consultant, you will provide a superior level of service and support to clients and candidates throughout the entire recruitment process. To do this, you must familiarize yourself with the business structure, terminology and culture of an area of specialization. You will be dedicated to providing guidance and recommendations to candidates, matching their skills, experience and requirements with the hiring needs of the client.
You will need as consultative and problem solving skills and must be confident and effective in communications with senior executives. To stay abreast of a client’s current and future needs, you will have to establish and build relationships with the client’s hiring executives. To become part of the winning BRS team, you must demonstrate client-facing experience and, preferably, experience in executive level recruitment or sales. The person we are looking for must be an effective negotiator. Strong time-management and multitasking skills are essential, along with competence with database management software.
