- Main responsibilities:
Performs both predictive and reactive maintenance or repairs
Works closely with RMCC (remote monitoring and control center) and Product Support to resolve issues
Provides detailed documentation for each maintenance task performed as required
Performs regular Inspection of installed equipment to ensure optimum performance
Inspection of all components to ensure proper operation within product and environmental specifications
Professionally interact with customers regarding status of the system,
Performs site visits for troubleshooting and emergency incident task resolution as required
Performs after hours on call duties in close communication with RMCC and customer
Responsible for general site housekeeping and service related documentation
Responsible for cloud tool based work order management applications

- Main responsibilities:
Overseethe clietns Japan’s development assets including meteorological towers and LiDAR units.
Collaborate with project developers on the overall planning, direction, coordination, and execution of meteorological resource campaign.
Perform routine mechanical and electrical maintenance of existing meteorological towers and LiDAR units including in-house field work and major overhaul coordination with suppliers and/or vendors
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess asset re-allocation and code compliance.
Provide details and manage the equipment scope of work with third-party consultant, vendor, and supplier services as necessary.
Ensure data acquisitions are sufficient and/or apply necessary remediation efforts to meet or exceed necessary acquisition thresholds.
Incorporate lessons learned into workflow procedures.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry through various training sessions and conferences.
