■職務内容：製造技術／設備技術マネージャー候補として以下業務をお任せいたします。
入社後1～2年程度広島工場にて業務に従事いただいた後、シンガポール工場にて就業いただく予定です。
シンガポール工場は約30名で構成されており、その半数のマネジメントを担うことを期待しております。
＜具体的な業務＞（1）製造技術管理（2）新規設備の導入（3）同社グループの設備移設（4）既存設備のメンテナンス（5）輸出入対応業務
■働く環境：借上社宅は規定範囲内であれば100％会社負担にて生活いただけます。
ご自宅から電車通勤いただき、駅から職場までバスで送迎致します。
社有車の貸与は駐在形態に応じて別途検討する可能性があります。
年に一度帰国手当の支給と、特別有給休暇が付与されます。
■事業戦略：大きくは①既製品の展開と②材料開発の2つの軸で事業を展開して参ります。一つ目についてですが、同社は創業以来、受託加工メーカーとして顧客ニーズに応えながらテクニスコでしか出来ない加工技術を作り上げてきました。今後はその技術を活かしながらオリジナル製品をつくっていくなど、ある種部品メーカーとしての役割を担うことも目指しております。
二つ目に関しては、独自の加工技術をより進化させることに注力していきます。
