Responsibilities

• 同社事業全体の予算/中期事業計画の作成及び実績管理（各事業の経営者・事業責任者と連携）
• 各国事業の課題発見及び課題解決の推進
• 同社事業の成長に繋がる新規事業の企画、実行
• 成長事業である領域は相当規模の投資を行う中、ビジネス部門の主担当として事業全体を推進していくダイナミックな経験を得られるポジションです。

Requirements

必要条件：

• 事業会社又はコンサルティングファームにおいて、同社又はクライアントの経営戦略・事業企画・事業開発いずれかの経験3年以上 
• 語学力（ビジネスレベルの英語力、ネイティブレベルの日本語力）  

歓迎条件：

• 社内外ステークホルダーを横断したプロジェクトのリード経験 
• グローバルでの経営戦略・事業企画経験
