Responsibilities

当部署では日本を代表する国内最大のキャッシュレス決済総合プラットフォームや、その周辺の様々なキャッシュレス関連サービスを世の中に提供しています。当サービスでは、ますます加速化する環境やビジネスの変化にスピーディに対応していくため、お客様と価値を創造しながら継続的にビジネスを成長させるための取り組みを進めています。大規模アジャイル開発フレームワーク「SAFe」を適用し、スピーディかつフラットなサービスの開発を実現しています。
Digital 商品ではこれまでのビジネスプロセスを全面的に見直し「価値創造組織」への変革を進めるため、自らの能力変革を目的とした取り組みを開始しています。マネジメントスタイル・社内環境・人材育成をゼロベースで再考した上で「デジタルプラットフォーム」の上に一から再構築し、現在も継続的な機能拡充を続けています。デジタルプラットフォーム上でマイクロサービスアーキテクチャで新しい決済システムを開発しています。
業務内容：

• スクラムチーム内における開発を技術力でリードする
• サービス全体のアーキテクチャの設計と統制業務
• 新規のテクノロジーに関する調査業務
• SREとの連携業務

Requirements

必須要件：

• スクラムチーム内における開発経験が3年以上
• Go, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Javaの開発経験
• AWS Solustion Architect Associates相当以上
• マイクロサービスの設計経験
• kubernetesを利用した開発経験

歓迎要件：

• AWS Solustion Architect Professional相当
• PCIDSS/FISC準拠対応経験
