社内外のプロダクトマネージャー、エンジニア、UIデザイナーと協力し、ユーザー要件を収集・評価
・迅速な製品プロトタイプの制作、ユーザーテスト、収集したデータの分析、デザインを反復したユーザーエクスペリエンスの向上
社内のデザイナーやプロダクトチーム向けに、スキルトレーニングやワークショップセッション（アイディエーション／コンセプト開発）の実施
グローバルおよび日本の製品／サービス／アプリの定期的なベンチマークと分析
ブランド&ReXデザインシステムガイドラインの更新、維持管理（新コンテンツ、アップデート事項など）
