    The HR Manager supports leaders and managers on organizational change and communications. Facilitate organization change initiatives and provide consultation and coaching to people managers to increase sense of responsibility for and capability in using all our tools and processes effectively, including workforce planning, performance management, engagement, development, and retention.

    Reporting to the BPHR, APAC and dotted line to the GM of Japan, this role will reinforce the HR function as a strategic business partner that provides value and contributes to the achievement of business outcomes for Japan.
    This position will provide HR&GA support to the GM and to the Leadership Team of Japan and will manage all HR activities with the purpose of standardizing and aligning HR policies, procedures and frameworks within the country and in alignment with global HR policies.
    This position entails working in close collaboration with the business to develop an HR Strategy that will support the business in achieving its business goals.
