- 役員向けの報酬制度に関する業務を行う本組織は、4つのチームに分かれております。(報酬制度設計、役員への評価・昇給、報酬支給の担当など)その中で報酬支給に関する業務をご担当いただきます。報酬支給業務を担当するチームメンバーは2名です。上長(課長代理)1名-担当1名
業務内容:
まずは下記の業務より担当していただきます。(ご経験や適性を考慮します)弊社役員への月次報酬支給業務
報酬支給の準備~報酬支給~明細発行までのプロセスをリードいただきます。
役員報酬の支給業務は、通常の従業員の給与支給業務よりも支給対象人数は少ないですが、細かな税法上の確認や対応が求められます。
チーム内外の給与担当、税理士、弁護士、会計士と連携をしながら業務を進めますので、税金や法律に関する幅広い知識を身に着けることができます。
また、チーム内でも入社後に業務を支援する体制を整えております。
ゆくゆくは下記のような業務もお任せしていきます給与支給や海外拠点費用の清算などのプロセスをリード
役員報酬開示業務
基礎計算や資料作成などのサポート
役員報酬支給業務の中でも、海外出向者の役員報酬業務もご担当いただく想定をしております。
