  HRビジネスパートナー（HRBP）は担当組織に対して、ビジネス上の目的と整合性が取れるようにタレント施策を実行し、目標達成のために必要な助言を行います。
  社員のネットワーキング、当社コアバリュー浸透、キャリア育成サポートを通じた社員のエンゲージメントの向上
  人員計画を策定するための必要なアドバイス及び実行サポート
  採用計画策定及び実行サポート、入社後の受け入れ状況の確認、及び必要な面接、面談の実施
  Talent Development部門や担当組織との連携、サポートを通じた社員のコンピテンス向上、育成計画のサポート
  業績評価等の人事施策を担当組織で実行する際のリード、運営管理
  リーダーシップチームと社員との対話プログラムやビジネス戦略伝達のための機会提供の企画、運営
