Responsibilities

• 経営の最前線を支える当社の人事部門（HR Team）に所属し、コンサルタントの評価／育成を担っていただきます。経営層と一体となりコンサルタントのDevelopment Processを主導・シニア層からインプットを受け、情報収集やデータ分析を行い、 コミュニケーションプランを作成し展開、マネジメントの最終意思決定のサポートところまで担当いただきます。また、Globalとの連携も求められるポジションです。評価会議のコーディネーションや関連ドキュメントのハンドリングなど、プロセスを着実に進めるだけでなく、成長を支える人材育成の施策運営にも携わっていただきます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 今後人事領域でキャリアを築いていきたいという強い思いをお持ちの方
• 英語力（TOEICスコア750点以上 もしくはビジネスレベル）
• 社会人経験3年以上　※人事のご経験は問いません
