Responsibilities

グループ全領域のダイナミックなデジタル業務改革を実現する為には、グローバルでの人材・組織強化は不可欠です。人事部門と連携し、グローバルのIT組織全体について以下の様な業務の企画から実行までを行って頂きます。まずはご経験を一番活かせる領域からスタートし、IT部門の人・組織のあらゆる課題解決を通じて、IT組織の非連続的な成長を実現頂きます。

• オンボーディング（新卒・中途）
• 採用ブランディング
• キャリアパス整備、成長支援
• 組織マネジメント支援
• 海外拠点連携、理念教育等のインターナルコミュニケーション
• その他、CIO/CTOからの特命事項への対応　等

Requirements

■必須条件：

• IT企業で人事や人材開発担当として組織強化を実現した経験
• 英語でのメールやチャット、簡単な会話、定型的な会議の進行ができる

■歓迎条件：

• 外国籍社員が多数在籍する組織での勤務経験
• IT企業での人事以外の業務経験
• 小売業（アパレルは尚可）での就業経験
