〇給与・賞与計算業務（退職金含む）メイン〇社会保険・労働保険の諸手続き〇就業規則の作成・見直し〇人事・労務相談に関するコンサルティング〇人事制度の構築・運用に関するコンサルティング 等

Requirements

必須条件

• 社労士資格保有者
• 社保、労保等手続全般の業務経験者(手を動かすことをいとわない方）
• 給与計算業務経験3年以上（産休・育休、年度更新、算定基礎等）
• 単独で給与（給与計算、残業代の計算、欠勤控除、退職金）、（一通りの）社保業務ができる人
• 英語にアレルギーがない人（ツールを使うなどして自力で解決できる人）
• Excelスキル（SUM関数、VLOOKUP関数、IF関数）＊クライアントへは加工したExcelデータを納品します
