  現状ヒアリング、データ収集・分析、To-Beプロセス設計、ソリューション検討等におけるドキュメンテーション全般、クライアントのディスカッションリード（セッションのファシリテーション含む）、実現まで伴走
  グローバルのエキスパートとの連携による、先進技術と実績のあるアプローチの活用と現地化支援
  上記に係る、クライアントへのコンサルティング提案と案件獲得への参画
  
  コンサルタントとして全体のプロジェクトスケジュールをマネジメントし、プロジェクトのゴールを達成できるようタスクを計画し推進
  確実なサービスデリバリーの実行とプロジェクトリードへの報告実施、プロジェクトチームのコーディネーション
  継続提案に関する検討リード、提案書作成
  マネージャー以上は、5-10人のチームメンバーの管理（このメンバーには当社のプロジェクトメンバーの他、クライアント先のチームメンバーも含みます。候補者のレベルによりメンバーリードをする方とメンバーとしてプロジェクトに従事する方があります。）
