Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 製品開発プロセス(PDP)に沿って、新製品開発の実現をリードし、顧客へのコミットメントを実現しながら、顧客の要求、コンプライアンスに準拠する
• 複雑なデータを複数の当社各サイトで調整された作業分析構造(Work Breakdown Stucture)に変換/整理
• 様々な製造サイトやプラント、MIEと協力してKPIを達成するためのツーリング戦略を開発および提供する
• 顧客の要件を満たすためにプロジェクトのScope/schedule/cost riskを軽減するために重要なプロジェクトマイルストーンのレビュー/決定(特に変更管理)を促進
• その他、経営陣から委任された関連業務を遂行する。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 5年以上の社会人経験 
• アイディアを表現し、明確かつ簡潔に情報交換する能力、またそれを実証するために適切なコミュニケーション(効果的な書面、口頭)能力
• あらゆるレベルの利害関係者と効果的に協力できる対人スキル
• 顧客や社内で簡潔で効果的なプレゼンテーションを準備して提供する能力。 またこれを実証することができるコミュニケーションスキル

歓迎要件：

• PM経験
• 開発初期から製品リリースまでの新製品開発に携わった経験
