  Responsibilities

  本ポジションでは、社内で実施するCAPAを適切に推進する責務を有する。具体的には、CAPAにおける課題の特定から根本原因の調査、再発防止策（解決策）の特定と実施、効果モニタリングに至るまでのCAPA実行場面において、CAPAオーナー/SME（サブジェクトマターエキスパート）と共同でCAPAを推進する。なお、CAPAコーディネーターは、社内の様々な関係部署（開発・製造・品質保証・Regulatory Affairs・購買・営業部門など）とコラボレートし、問題解決を推進する。また、当社のCAPAプロセスはグローバルで共通のプロセスで運用しているため、CAPAのグローバル組織と連携しながら、CAPAプロセスの定着/改善をおこなっていく業務も担う。CAPAプロセスの定着／改善については、社内のCAPAに関わる要員への教育訓練業務やCAPAプロセス自体の改善策の提案等の業務も含まれる。業務内容：
  CAPAプロセス含む、QMSの知識を有し、法規制を遵守して業務を遂行する。
  CAPAコーディネーターの資格を取得し、CAPAの専門家として、品質・法規制に準拠するCAPAの成果物が作成できるようにCAPAオーナー/SME（サブジェクトマターエキスパート）を適切にサポートする。
  プロジェクトマネジメント、ファシリテーションに関する知識を有し、CAPAの進捗・成果物作成が日程計画通りに完了するように、適切に進捗管理をおこなう。リソース課題等、日程計画に影響を与えそうな課題が発生した際は、CAPAオーナーと協働して、速やかにマネジメントへエスカレーションをおこなう。
  日本リージョン特有のCAPAプロセス課題が発生した際は、グローバル関係者へ適切に課題提起、改善案の提案をおこない、グローバルと連携しながら、CAPAプロセスの定着/改善をおこなう。
  担当するCAPA案件のCAPAオーナー/SMEに対して、必要なトレーニングを提供することで、関係するCAPA要員の力量向上に寄与する。
  コンプレイントハンドリング/NCR/データ分析/監査等、CAPAのインプットプロセスについて理解し、CAPA発生時は速やかに実行に移せるように、関係プロセスの要員ともコミュニケーションを図る。
  統計、データ分析、プロセスマッピング、問題解決、根本原因分析等、CAPAのためのシステムソリューションの作成など、品質ツールの適用に関する専門知識を提供する。
  社内外の品質監査をサポート、参加し、関連するCAPA活動がプロセスに則り、適切にタイムリーな方法で完了していることを示す。
