- Ensure complete implementation of business-wide TEL sales strategies.
- Ensure that the customer service functions work effectively and that the activities of the functions are performed according to departments and company goals.
- Process customer estimates, orders, and order confirmations accurately within an agreed period.
- Ensure that all customer inquiries are adequately managed, resolved within an agreed time and terminated.
- Confirm that the customer service function is appropriate personnel and training to provide efficient sales to internal and external customers.
- Representation of customer service functions as an active member of senior management team.
- Proactively promote and manage the continuous improvement process of customer service standards during telephone inquiries and order processing.
- Create and maintain a positive team environment that shows high levels of motivation and excellent team spirit.
- Participate in and contribute to relevant management meetings.
- Promote effective communication across all levels of customer service functions.
- Implement a marketing strategy to develop annual and gross profit plan
- Report Monthly forecast
- Requirements

- At least five years of relevant sales work experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Extensive experience in the semiconductor , FPD, and SEMI industry, prefer sub-system experience
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skill in Japanese and English
- Excellent face - to – face communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities and tasks.
- Ability to integrate technical and marketing concepts, prefer vacuum valves
- Demonstrated ability to create and/or foster a leadership environment that is conducive to teamwork and demonstrates a genuine concern for the personal development of the team’s members.
- Working knowledge of computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Able to think and respond objectively in stress situations
- Able to visit Yamanashi ,weekly
