- Responsibilities
- Work closely with domestic machine equipment manufacturers, factory automation equipment, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and other industrial equipment manufacturers and customers in the related electronics field to understand new or existing customer applications, find demand for our relay products, and make proposals. Provide technical support until the end of our customer’s projects.
Drive the business negotiations from the technical side of the project
Introduce the most suitable products for each customer application in close cooperation with domestic and overseas marketing and development departments.
Propose customization according to customer demands and communicate the customer needs to related departments within the company.
Understand market trends and application trends, and develop new customers along with product management and sales.
Provide technical support for technical inquiries from customers / distributors.
