Company overview

Our client is a long-established international trading company with a deep understanding of the Japanese market. They operate a diverse business across multiple industries such as agriculture, energy, metals, chemicals, automotive, construction materials, and food. They provide a wide range of products and services, including agricultural supplies, energy trading, metal and chemical trading, automotive parts sales, construction materials, and food processing and distribution.

Responsibilities

• 戦略的税務プランニング（国際税務含む）、税務調査対応
• 新規事業における投資・収益性分析、M&Aにおける企業価値評価、デューデリジェンス、PMI対応等
• 日本会計基準及び香港会計基準での会計監査対応
• 経理チームの統括

Requirements

• 公認会計士（CPA）または米国公認会計士（USCPA）をお持ちの方（勉強中の方も検討いたします。）
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語力 (TOEIC: 700点以上)
• 事業会社における財務・経理・税務・経営企画領域での実務経験
• 第一に、コミュニケーションを大切にできる方
• 人事グループ内のスタッフへの教育、教えることに抵抗のない方
• 世話好きな方

• M&Aにおける企業価値評価、デューデリジェンス、組織再編等の経験
• 国際会計基準（IFRS）のスキル
• マネジャー経験
