コンセプトの立案・プログラミング・事業性検証・設計者の選定
③設計段階
設計監修・入札発注支援
④施工管理段階
工事監修・工事進捗管理・工事費管理・工事完了
⑤維持管理段階
維持管理の適正化・修繕、工事の適正化・エネルギーマネジメント・施設建物の遵法制、耐震性などの調査
