- 下記の業務をHRやGM、部門長等、また米国のホテル本部とも連携しながら推進していただきます:
研修プログラムの企画・開発
-組織の戦略・サーベイに基づいた研修ニーズの洗い出し-研修カリキュラムの設計、教材作成研修の実施
-多様な研修手法（集合研修、e-learningなど）を用いた研修の実施-受講者の評価、フィードバックの実施研修効果測定
-研修後の行動変容や業務パフォーマンスへの影響を測定-研修プログラムの改善キャリア開発支援
-社員のキャリアパス設計、キャリア相談-能力開発プログラムの企画・実施組織開発
-組織文化醸成のための施策立案・実行-従業員エンゲージ施策
