①製品イノベーション:製品開発と進化を推進し、市場でのリーダーシップを構築・維持します。市場動向分析やアーキテクチャ調査を行い、顧客との緊密なコミュニケーションを通じてターゲット製品を定義します。また、必要なリソースを確保するために部門横断的な調整を行い、競合ベンチマークや新製品開発の改善ポイントを特定します。②プロジェクトの実行:プラットフォーム製品の開発とGTM（Go-To-Market）戦略の実行を担当します。社内のチームとリソースを調整し、プロジェクトの立ち上げから実行までを推進します。営業および技術部門と連携してターゲット顧客を特定し、市場投入戦略を策定し、製品のサポートを行います。また、価格戦略を営業チームとともに主導します。③マージンの改善:製品マージンの管理と改善を行います。オペレーション、調達、エンジニアリングチームと連携して製品コストを削減し、価格設定チームと協力して価格変動を抑制します。製品ミックスや製造ソースの最適化なども管理します。④その他のサポート業務:KPI目標設定と進捗管理、地域およびグローバルのベストプラクティスの共有、国を超えたプロジェクトの調整など、AP PMチームのサポート業務も行います。
