Responsibilities

クライアントや営業・関連部署をディレクションしながら出稿、納品までの実行を担う組織です。営業が抱えている各種オペレーションを営業から分離させ、効率的・効果的にデリバリーしていく体制を構築中です。業務プロセスを最適化し、効率的かつ効果的なオペレーションを実現するためのプロセス設計やリスク管理を行っております。AIやRPAなどを用いたオペレーション最適化を図り、生産性向上を追及していきます。マネジメントレイヤーとしてピープルマネジメントを含む下記業務実行と牽引、営業・関連部署との調整・合意形成など包括的にご担当いただきます。【主な業務内容】取扱広告商材：運用型広告、タイアップ、サンプリング、アフィリエイト広告、純広告、紙DM

• オペレーション企画（営業からの業務分離）
• 各種見積もり取得、審査・制作進行、入稿、レポート作成
• クリエイティブ制作ディレクション、キャンペーンスキーム設計、進行管理
• イベント協賛営業関連オペレーション（営業支援～メニュー出稿まわりのオペレーション）

Requirements

必須条件:

• 社会人経験5年以上
• IT／WEB／広告（Online Offline問わず）、いずれかでの業界・領域での就業経験
• 小～中規模組織のマネジメントの経験
• 業務改善／改善企画・推進の経験
• TOEIC（R）800点以上

歓迎条件:

• オペレーション統括／BPR／プロジェクトマネジメント／広告運用経験者
• 広告業界・領域（Online Offline問わず）での営業職でミドル・バックオフィスへの職種転換をお考えの方
• アドテクノロジーに関する経験・知識のある方
