Responsibilities

• 海外向け新規事業などの新規プロジェクト/共同研究の企画提案とその実行・中期計画の策定サポート
• プロジェクト管理に際し、国内外の関係者とのコミュニケーション、状況把握、支援業務
• 中期計画実現に向けた部門・地域横断プロジェクトの進捗管理および実行
• 新規事業に関連した商品企画に関与する場合あり

Requirements

必須条件：

• 知識・スキル
  • 企画提案能力、担当する案件について自身で企画立案ができるレベル
  • 課題抽出力、問題解決能力
  • 会話・説明・議論が出来るレベルのビジネス英語力、TOEIC（R）テスト600点以上が望ましい
• 経験
  • 事業企画、もしくは新規事業開発経験1年以上
  • 英語を用いた業務経験1年以上
  • 中期計画策定/商品企画の経験、プロジェクトマネジメント経験者、海外スタッフとの英語による業務経験者歓迎
