Responsibilities

• ビジネスパーソンとしての総合能力の開発（役割認識・ビジネススキル・ヒューマンスキルに関する研修等）
• プロフェッショナルとしての専門能力の開発（テクニカルスキル研修、社内認定制度の企画・運用）
• 経営戦略と連動した能力開発（デジタル人財育成、グローバル人財育成等）
• 自己研鑽・自律的キャリア形成支援、組織開発支援等

Requirements

必須要件：

• 最低3年以上のHR組織での就業経験（中でも新規施策の立案・実行経験を重視）
• 社内外のステークホルダ（特に現場）と良好な関係を築き、他者と協働して能動的に課題解決・業務推進を行うことが出来る
• Excel,PowerPoint等のスキルを駆使して、企画書の作成・上申・プロジェクト化した経験

歓迎要件：

• 全社規模もしくは大規模組織での人財育成戦略の企画立案・推進経験
• 未知の課題に対しても、人事・労務管理上の原理原則から適切な対処の方向性を検討・提案できる能力
