Responsibilities

事業管理グループは経営管理をはじめ組織のインフラとなる幅広い領域を管轄し、ご入社直後は適性を見ながら担当領域を持っていただきます。またチームのマネジメントを視野にご活躍いただける機会があります。【具体的な業務内容】

• 予実管理、年次予算計画の策定
• カンパニーや事業部内でのマネジメント会議の運営
• 対加盟店・対ユーザーのCSやNPSをもとにした品質改善
• 事業部での新サービスリリースにおけるオペレーションフローの策定と業務委託を含めたマネジメント
• KPI・PL指標などのモニタリングインフラの提供（DOMO・SQLを活用）
• コーポレート経理部と連携した経理業務
• 部内の課題抽出及び課題解決のサポート

Requirements

必須条件:

• P／L作成のご経験をお持ちの方
• 業務フローの改善、設計／導入経験

歓迎条件:

• 事業会社での経営・事業企画業務のご経験をお持ちの方
