【計画】OTB予算とSKU計画の作成とコスト管理
売上分析と計画を通じて売上改善のための戦略立案
【シーズンバイイングとデータ分析】初期計画に基づくシーズンバイイング（シーズンごとに約1000～1200 SKU）
週次/月次の売上データ分析とシーズンレビュー
MD KPI（小売価格、ST%、DC%、GP）の管理
【配分と在庫管理】各店舗への受領状況と配分計画（ドアマーチャンダイジング）
在庫管理（古い在庫の予測と在庫レベル最適化）
【チーム管理】3人のバイヤー、2人のオペレーション、1人の配分担当者を管理
チームの管理と動機付け、明確なビジョンの提供、メンバーのスキルと能力の開発
【機会の特定】市場調査と競合ブランドの監視
売上促進計画の開発のために販売チームおよびマーケティングチームと協力
