We operate a membership-based driving club that includes a private circuit. Our concept revolves around providing a unique driving experience unlike any other circuit in the world, where affluent members can drive their luxury vehicles. We offer private circuits equipped with accommodation facilities and restaurants, delivering top-notch services to satisfy our owners. Located just one hour from the city center, our club boasts accessibility and stunning views of Mount Fuji and Tokyo Bay. We are growing into one of the world's premier private driving clubs.

Responsibilities

• 管理部門のスタッフ(4名)管理を含む業務全般
• 経理（制度会計・管理会計）全般：予算編成、業績分析・レポート作成、日次・月次・本決算、税務対応（税務申告自体は顧問税理士サポートあり）
• 財務全般：日次の資金管理、キャッシュフロー予測
• 各種契約管理、官公庁対応など総務法務管理、人事労務の管理
• クラブ会員組織の事務局運営管理
• 上記にかかるIT等の更なる活用を通じた業務効率化の企画・実行
• その他、CEO・CFOなどマネジメントのサポート、特命事項

※近い将来的に、CFOへ昇格可能性があるポジションとなります。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 財務経理業務5年以上、管理会計業務3年以上の実務経験
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語力（会話含む）
• BtoC事業(サービス業など)での業務経験
• プレイングマネジャーのご経験
• 人事・総務・法務領域における相応の知識または業務関与経験
• エクセルやITに明るく、各種データ分析が得意な方

■資格：

• 普通自動車免許：第一種
