Responsibilities
海外店舗のシステムサポート体制を企画・構築いただきます。海外展開を支える重要なポジションとして、現地との連携やベンダー管理を通じて、グローバルな運用体制を作り上げます。
  • 具体的には、海外各国でのヘルプデスク体制の企画・立ち上げ、現地COOや取引先との調整、システム担当者への技術支援体制構築、店舗ネットワークやデバイス管理の運用設計を行います。ASEANを中心とした海外拠点での業務推進が中心となり、2ヶ月に1回程度、海外出張があります。
