Responsibilities

ロボティクス向け次世代AI技術の研究開発をお任せします。

• 環境変化・未知物体への安全な自己適応
• 長時間タスクのためのタスクメモリの設計・実装
• 失敗要因の推定と自動リカバリ機能の開発
• Sim2Real検証パイプライン構築・高速化・RLアルゴリズムの開発

複数チームを技術面から横断リード（リーダーの支援・技術判断のレビュー）、幹部と連携した技術戦略・ロードマップ策定と、共同検証テーマの設計、実運用データを活用した継続的改善・経験共有の仕組みづくり、顧客・パートナー・社内向けの技術説明・技術選定のリードを行います。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• VLA／VLM／WAM／ロボット研究または実務経験
• Pythonでの実装力
• 機械学習・統計の基礎知識、および実験設計・評価に関する理解
• 研究チームやテーマをリードし、研究計画～実験～発表までを主導した経験
• 事業部門・外部企業との共同研究・PoCにおける技術折衝経験
• トップクラスの機械学習またはロボティクス、ビジョン関連会議・論文誌での優れた研究実績と論文発表歴。
• 博士号取得またはそれに類する高い研究実績

■語学

• 英語：上級、ビジネス会話レベル
