- 業務内容：
海外に納入する水処理プラントエンジニアリングのエンジニアとして、計画業務、設計業務、調達業務、施工管理、試運転のいずれかを担当いただきます。
適正に応じて最初の担当業務を決定、以降は本人希望とOJTの中で対応業務を増やしていきます。
各業務のエキスパート職を目指す、または複数の業務経験の後でプロマネに代表されるマネジメント職を目指すことが可能です。
新設するグローバル展開への支援チームのメンバーとして、主として海外プロジェクトを専門で対応するミッションです。
対象国はプロジェクト次第ですが、グローバルに展開する計画です。
直近ではアメリカ現地法人の支援が優先業務となる予定です。
本チームは海外出身者を中心として、社内公用語は英語にて業務を行います。
海外案件を担当することを通じて、エンジニアリング及びマネジメントの経験、視野を広げ、グローバルに活躍出来る人材を目指していただきます。
※転勤とは別に長期出張あり※変更の範囲：会社の定める業務
