Responsibilities: 新設されるグループ連結決算チームに所属し、連結決算業務を担当していただきます。
四半期・年次財務報告（IFRS基準）のための連結決算プロセスの監督および財務数値の正確性確保
連結財務諸表および関連開示サポート資料の作成リード
税務・財務・単体決算・管理会計など社内財務チームとの連携による連結用データ収集
連結会計ポリシーおよび手順書の開発・改善・実施によるチーム効率向上
連結財務結果の分析およびトレンド・変動に関する洞察の経営陣への提供
外部監査人との監査プロセス調整および監査対応・課題解決の推進
連結決算に必要な最新の会計基準・ベストプラクティスの把握および反映
必要に応じた単体決算業務の支援

■部署の紹介
同グループの経理部では、連結決算、単体決算、経理業務（Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable）、内部統制、経理システムサポートといった重要かつグローバルな機能を担っており、現在、経理機能の強化を進めています。
連結決算チームは同グループの連結財務諸表（四半期、年度末）の作成やグループ会社の決算プロセスの構築管理など多岐にわたる経理業務に従事します。
また会計ポリシーの検討や新基準の導入、テクニカルな会計論点の検討など、よりテクニカルな役割も担っています。
管理会計、販売、製造、財務など、多くの部門と緊密に連携し、会社の様々なプロセスに関する理解を深めることができ、多文化環境の中で他部門と協力しながら、あなたの才能と意欲を発揮する機会が得られます。

レーダ－、カメラ、などのコンポーネント開発や、自動ブレーキやレーンキープなどのアプリケーション開発のエンジニアを束ね、法規動向もにらみながら、自動運転や高度運転支援のシステムを構築するプロジェクトを中心となって運営していきます。
