Responsibilities

■ About the Role
They are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of cloud engineering programmes on Google Cloud Platform.
This role requires a balance of strong technical expertise across GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AI/ML technologies, combined with excellent delivery management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

■ Responsibilities

• Programme Delivery
  • Own end-to-end delivery of GCP cloud programmes from initiation through go-live and hypercare
  • Manage programme roadmaps, delivery plans, RAID logs, and stakeholder reporting
  • Coordinate release planning, environment management, and change processes
• Team Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional teams including cloud engineers, IAM specialists, GKE administrators, and ML engineers
  • Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure delivery quality and team velocity
  • Act as the escalation point for delivery risks and technical blockers
• Technical Oversight
  • Provide oversight across GCP workstreams including IAM, GKE, Vertex AI, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible)
  • Support architecture and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Embed DevSecOps practices and quality controls throughout the SDLC
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Manage relationships with GCP account teams, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Communicate programme progress to executive and technical audiences
• Performance & Continuous Improvement
  • Define and track KPIs and SLAs for cloud delivery and platform operations
  • Support pre-sales activities, solution scoping, and effort estimation
  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, tools, and team capabilities

Requirements

■Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of technology delivery experience, including 3+ years managing GCP cloud delivery programs
• Hands-on experience with GCP, Kubernetes (GKE), Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience leading engineering teams of 8+ members
• Knowledge of GCP IAM, cloud security, and compliance requirements
• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe delivery methodologies
• Experience in cloud financial management, cost optimization, and budget governance
• Knowledge of Vertex AI and machine learning delivery platforms

■Preferred Qualifications

• Google Professional Cloud Architect, Cloud DevOps Engineer, or similar GCP certifications
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
• Experience delivering Vertex AI or data platform programs
• Experience in managed services, professional services, or systems integration environments
• Experience with FinOps practices and cloud cost management
• Experience with GKE-based platform engineering and containerized application delivery
