KPIのモニタリングおよび課題・改善点の抽出
経営陣向けレポートやプレゼンテーション資料の作成

事業部門とのビジネスパートナーシップ営業、マーケティング、オペレーションなど各部門と連携し、財務的観点から意思決定をサポート
新規プロジェクトや投資案件に対する収益性・効率性の分析

財務モデルの構築・改善P&L、キャッシュフロー、投資回収等の分析モデルを設計・運用
自動化や効率化を通じた分析基盤の改善

アドホック分析経営陣や事業部門からのリクエストに応じた臨時分析

給与社保：給与計算および社会保険手続きのベンダーと連携し、月次給与・賞与その他、関連業務全般
勤怠管理：月次の締め処理サポート、給与への反映、ベンダーサポートとのやり取り
関連業務のベンダーのマネジメント
データ管理：ローカルのデータベースへの入力管理、従業員雇用契約の管理
社員問い合わせ窓口：諸手続きや人事制度等の問い合わせ対応。
人事諸規程の見直しと改訂：定期/不定期の各種規程見直しと改訂をリードあるいはサポート
社員の健康管理対応：健康診断やストレスチェックの実施、産業医とのやり取り、休職サポート、復職サポート、その他健康促進に関する施策検討と実施を総務担当と協働で実施
社内人事プロセスの改善と管理
※月次や年次の給与・社保の処理に関しては、派遣スタッフによる実務サポート有
