- 「出張管理サービスRacco」は、大手旅行代理店を初めとする様々なアライアンス企業（提携先）と提携しており、オンラインブッキングシステムもより高度で複雑なものを提供しています。
こうしたシステムのスムーズな運用フォローから、請求に関するシステムの設定作業、テクニカルなQA、エラーが発生した場合のリカバリ対応など、営業チームやカスタマーサポートチームを支援する業務を担当いただきます。
データベースと接続されたTableauでのデータ分析や、AIの活用も可能となっており、Pythonなどのコードを活用した作業効率化の実施もしやすく、風通しの良いオープンな環境です。
若手メンバーの成長促進も担うリーダーとして業務をお任せします。
提携先（法人側）のシステム（技術）部門の方と直接お話することもあります。
英語の使用場面は基本的な業務ではありませんが、必要に応じて楽天内の技術者や提携先システム担当者（外国籍の方）と会話が発生します。
