Responsibilities: 新経営方針やデジタル戦略の達成に資するグローバル全体でエンタープライズアーキテクチャ（以下、EAと記載)の企画と推進を担ってもらいます。担当領域は以下のような業務を想定（適性やご経験に応じて担当領域を決定します)グローバル全体のEA及びロードマップの策定をし、グローバル標準ソリューションの評価と選定並びに移行を推進
システム開発・導入プロジェクトや関係部署からの依頼に応じて、EAのスペシャリストとしてプロジェクトメンバーと協働で検討し適切なソリューションをFixする。また、技術負債・モダナイゼーションの観点から標準ソリューションへの移行改善勧告や移行支援
新技術、既存技術の標準を定義するとともに、技術負債・モダナイゼーションの観点から標準外になった技術の統合・廃止計画の策定と実行を担う
上記職務内容に関連する各種ドキュメント（例：方針書、標準技術書、ガイドライン、など）の発行・リビジョン管理を行い、適切な鮮度管理と情報精度の担保
デジタル所管内の戦略的横断活動（例：AI戦略策定・活動推進など）の推進
上記職務内容に関連する業務をチームリーダーとしてとしてチームマネジメントとメンバー育成もお任せいたします。
