Responsibilities

同社の多様な事業領域（BtoB／BtoG）において、顧客・社会課題を起点にサービスの価値仮説を構想し、体験設計から要件化・実装・改善までをリードします。
＜具体的には＞

• ユーザー／現場／業務のリサーチ設計・実施（定性／定量）とインサイト抽出
• サービスコンセプト／価値提案の策定、体験方針（North Star）・KPI設計
• カスタマージャーニー、サービスブループリント等によるTo-Be体験・運用設計
• ワークショップ設計／ファシリテーションによる合意形成と意思決定支援
• 要求整理～要件定義の伴走、プロトタイピング／MVP検証、リリース後の改善推進
• 案件推進のリード、品質担保、メンバー育成（レビュー／メンタリング）

Requirements

必須要件：

• ポートフォリオの提出に加え、下記経験およびスキルのある方
  • サービスデザイン／UXデザイン／プロダクト企画の実務経験（目安5年以上）
  • 課題探索～コンセプト策定～要件化～実装支援まで、一連のプロセスをリードした経験
  • ユーザーリサーチ（インタビュー、観察、ワークショップ等）の企画・実施経験
  • カスタマージャーニー、サービスブループリント等を用いた体験設計・意思決定の経験
  • 自身の担当範囲における判断・調整・改善提案の経験
