Responsibilities

アメリカ・インドと連携するグローバルチームが円滑に業務を進められるよう、関係各所と密に連携しながら、以下の業務を担当していただきます。

• プロジェクト推進に必要な各種プロセスの設計・整備・運用・改善
• OODAループ（Observe／Orient／Decide／Act）を意識した継続的なプロセス改善と定着支援
• プロジェクト進捗、課題、リスクの可視化および管理
• Jira、Confluence、Slack、Miroなどを活用したプロジェクト運営
• 各種レポーティング資料の作成、ステークホルダーへの情報共有
• プロジェクト運営における課題抽出および改善提案

※MS Copilot等のAIツールも積極的に活用し、効率的かつ次世代型のプログラムマネジメントを目指しています。

Requirements

必須条件：

• アジャイルプロジェクトの経験
• プロジェクト管理、PMO、スクラムマスター、またはそれに準ずる業務経験
• 英語圏の海外メンバーとの協業経験
• 課題を構造的に整理し、プロセスとして落とし込めるスキル
• TOEIC(R)800点以上が望ましい※海外メンバーとの協業が多いため、英語での会話・読み書き能力が必要です。
