Responsibilities

• インシデント発生時の状況把握、影響範囲の分析、関連部門との連携による迅速な復旧対応
• 発生したインシデントの記録・レポーティングおよび傾向分析
• プロブレムマネジメントプロセス（原因特定・調査・是正策立案・再発防止策の提案と実行）
• 定例会議や報告資料作成、進捗状況の共有、利害関係者との調整
• ServiceNow等ITSMツールを活用したプロセス管理・改善
• 顧客志向を重視した対応およびステークホルダーとの積極的なコミュニケーション
• 業務プロセスの継続的な見直し・最適化

Requirements

必須条件：

• ITIL v3またはv4 Foundation資格
• ITサービスマネジメント（インシデント・問題管理）経験5年以上
• ServiceNow経験
• 英語ビジネスレベル

歓迎条件：

• 24/7グローバルインシデント管理経験
