Responsibilities

• 要件定義：プロダクトオーナー／事業・開発部門との要件整理・合意形成、目的・KPI整理、現状課題の整理
• リサーチ／分析：ユーザーリサーチ（インタビュー、行動観察、ログ分析など）の実施、インサイト抽出、課題仮説の構築
• 基本設計：ユーザージャーニー作成、画面遷移フロー設計、情報設計（IA）、ワイヤーフレーム作成、体験コンセプト設計
• 詳細設計：Figma等を用いたUIデザイン／プロトタイプ制作、デザイン仕様の整理、開発チームとの連携（実装前提の調整）
• 共通基盤：デザインシステム／コンポーネントライブラリの設計・運用、ガバナンスルールに則したUI品質管理、アクセシビリティ（WCAG等）対応
• 運用改善：SEO／アクセス解析結果を踏まえた改善提案、AI検索（GEOやAIO）を活用した情報設計・検索体験の最適化、CMS構造理解を活かしたWebサイト改善提案

Requirements

必須要件：

• ポートフォリオの提出に加え、下記経験およびスキルのある方
• 大規模または複数プロダクトにおけるUX戦略立案・UXリード経験
• ユーザーリサーチの設計～実施～分析～示唆出しをリードした経験
• 情報設計・UI設計の実務経験（構造設計～画面設計まで）
• デザインシステム／UIガイドラインの構築・運用経験
• 企画／開発などの関連部門、協力会社との折衝・調整業務の経験
• 経営層・事業責任者への説明・合意形成の経験
• 事業目標と連動したクリエイティブ施策の設計・改善経験
