When supporting candidates, I make it a priority to understand each person’s experience, career goals, and aspirations through open and honest communication. Whenever possible, I also make time to meet candidates face-to-face, whether online or in person, to build strong and trusting relationships.
Many technical professionals have a high level of expertise but may not always be able to communicate their strengths effectively during the hiring process. I support candidates by helping them organize and articulate their experience and achievements, prepare for interviews, understand Japanese business etiquette, and navigate company-specific selection processes with confidence. Drawing on my years of experience in the energy recruitment market, I also share insights that go beyond job descriptions, including market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry-specific hiring practices.
Through this hands-on approach, many of the technical professionals I have supported have achieved an average salary increase of approximately JPY 3 million. The most rewarding part of my work is seeing candidates take meaningful steps forward in their careers and lives.
