Responsibilities

• IT関連技術を駆使し、当社の工場DX化、スマートファクトリー化のプロジェクトに参画、推進していただきます。

詳細：

• 最新のIT技術を活用した、工場のあるべき姿の立案、提案
• 社内IT部門と連携し、工場DX、スマートファクトリー構想を立案し、当社国内外の工場への導入推進
• PLM、ERP、MES、IoT、AI、BIツール等、最新のIT技術を活用した、業務改革の推進、事業適用（社内コンサルタント）

Requirements

必須条件：【能力・経験】

• 製造業での業務システム構築、IoT導入、データ分析・利活用のプロジェクト管理・プロジェクトリーダー・担当メンバーいずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
• 企業内のビジネスアナリストとして、業務改革、プロセス改革に携わった経験があれば尚良い。
• 社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを図る能力、特に調整力や交渉力があれば尚良い。
• 応用情報技術者以上の資格があれば望ましいですが、必須ではありません。
• 経営工学、経営システム工学の知識があれば尚良い。
