Building cooperative relationships with automotive manufacturers and parts suppliers, it strives to provide high-quality safety devices. Additionally, it works towards realizing next-generation safety technologies by utilizing the latest advancements in technology and conducting research and development.

Responsibilities

• 日本ITチームのデジタル戦略・KPIに基づくアクションプランの策定・更新支援
• Japan ITロードマップに沿ったデジタルプロジェクトの計画・推進
• ビジネス部門および他ITチームと連携した業務プロセスのデジタル化・改善
• プロジェクト課題・進捗に関する関係部門との調整および報告
• デマンドマネジメントを通じたデジタル化・自動化機会の特定と実行
• PoCやアジャイル手法を活用したデジタル施策・新技術導入の推進
• サードパーティベンダー管理およびリソースの優先順位付け
• 国内外関係部門・地域PMOと連携した継続的なプロセス改善
• 日本IT組織のデジタルリテラシー向上、人材育成・チーム支援

Requirements

必須条件：

• IT／デジタル領域における実務経験 5年以上（特にデジタル化、ITプロジェクト、業務プロセス改善に関わる経験）
• チームまたはプロジェクトのマネジメント経験 5年以上
• 自動車業界または製造業における業務プロセス経験 5年以上
• デジタルプロジェクト（企画～導入まで）の推進経験
• 日本語および英語のビジネスレベルの語学力
