Responsibilities

• グループ横断の会計システム導入・刷新プロジェクト推進
  • 国内外グループ会社の会計業務プロセス整理、要件定義、Fit&Gap分析
  • 設定方針策定、テスト、データ移行、ユーザー教育、リリース、運用定着支援
  • 経理部門・事業部門・海外拠点・外部ベンダーとの調整、意思決定支援
• プロジェクト／チームマネジメント
  • プロジェクト計画、進捗・課題・リスク・品質・コスト管理
  • メンバー、外部パートナー、関係部門を巻き込んだ推進体制づくり
  • 経営層・関係部門向けの報告資料作成、報告会運営2.
• 導入後の改善・運用高度化
  • 稼働後の問い合わせ・障害・改善要望の整理、優先順位付け、改善施策の進
  • 会計データの利活用、経営管理・レポーティング高度化に向けた企画支援

Requirements

必須条件：

• プロジェクトまたは組織マネジメント経験（3年以上）
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（海外拠点との会議進行・要件定義・資料作成・調整が可能）
• 会計システム（ERP／連結会計／会計パッケージ等）の導入・刷新プロジェクト経験３年以上

歓迎条件：

• Microsoft Dynamics、SuperStream、勘定奉行の会計システム導入経験
• IFRS／J-GAAP、J-SOX、内部統制、連結会計・管理会計に関する知識
• PMO、予算管理、契約管理
