Responsibilities

• 事業影響度分析（BIA）およびリスクアセスメントの実施、BCP（事業継続計画）の策定・維持・年次テストの計画・実施
• BCP/インシデント管理計画の開発、関連部門との協働による情報収集およびプロセス推進
• BIA/リスクアセスメントの妥当性・網羅性の検証およびレポートの集約、承認プロセス管理
• インシデント発生時のアドバイスやシニアステークホルダーへの提案
• 規制要件やグループ基準に沿った年次テストの調整・実施
• BCMに関する最新規格・ガイドラインの把握と社内への周知徹底

Requirements

• 規制業界での事業継続管理・運用レジリエンスの経験
• BCMテストの計画・実施・検証経験
• ISO22301やDORAなどの基準理解
