Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• You will provide technical support for wireless communication systems installed for government agencies and the Ministry of Defense.
• As some details are confidential, we will discuss them in detail during the selection process.
• We customize our products and domestic manufacturer parts to meet customer requests.
• Communication system integration for overseas and domestic products
• System requirement definition, software integration for device interfaces
• Support at customer sites (delivery, attachment, post-delivery troubleshooting)

業務内容：

• 官公庁や防衛省向けに収めた無線通信システムの技術サポートを行っていただきます。
• 詳細については機密情報等もありますため、選考で詳細をお話しさせていただきます。
• 顧客の要望に併せて、取り扱い製品と国内メーカー部品等をカスタムして提供しています。
• 海外製品および国内製品の通信システムインテグレーション
• システム要件定義、機器間インターフェイスのソフトウエアの組込み
• 顧客先でのサポート対応（納品、添え付け、納品後トラブル対応）

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• 3+ years of programming experience
• [OS] Linux (Unix) experience *Work experience is not required
• Bachelor's degree or technical college graduate, science major in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, chemistry, architecture, mechatronics, etc., or equivalent knowledge
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Ability to read and write English
• Ability to use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for business purposes
• Ability to communicate well with internal stakeholders and work well as a team

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in technical support for wireless communication equipment
• Knowledge of radio waves, or experience in satellite or aviation communications
• Able to work as a team in field support, providing on-site support, etc.
• TOEIC score of 600 or above or equivalent skill level
• Business trips/outings
  • We plan to travel domestically about once or twice a month, and overseas about three to five times a year.
  • This varies depending on the volume of the project, but on average, each trip lasts about a week.
  • It is also possible to return home temporarily on weekends during business trips (please consult separately).

必須要件：

• プログラミング実務経験3年以上
• OS　Linux（Unix）経験者　※実務経験は問いません
• 大学学士または高専卒業、理系で機械、電気、物理、化学、建築、メカトロニクス等の学科卒業者、または同等の知識を持つ方
• 国内・海外出張に問題なく対応可能な方
• 英語の読み書きに抵抗がない方
• Excel / Word / Powerpointをビジネスで使用できる方
• 社内の関係者と良好なコミュニケーションが取れ、且つチームワークができる方

歓迎要件：

• 無線通信機器の技術サポートのご経験をお持ちの方
• 電波知識をお持ちの方、衛星通信・航空通信に携わってこられた方
• フィールドサポートをチームで協力して現場添え付け等の支援に協力してくれる方
• TOEIC 600点以上または同等のスキルレベル以上の方
• 出張 / 外出について
  • 国内では月1～2回程度、海外には年3～5回程度の出張を予定しております。
  • プロジェクトのボリュームにより異なりますが、1回1週間程度が平均です。
  • 出張中の土日お休みは一時ご帰宅いただくことも可能です（別途ご相談ください）
