Responsibilities

経営企画ポジションの募集です。各種事業状況を可視化するためのKPIの企画設計、並びにそのデータ分析によって、経営への提言をメインミッションとしている組織になります。経営陣との距離が近く、経営事業の意思決定に管理会計の側面から関与できるポジションです。具体的な業務内容

• 予算策定
• 各種経営分析、経営層への報告データ／資料作成
• 管掌事業の戦略策定支援
• 定例会議の資料作成、運営
• 同社グループグローバル拠点との連携など海外市場に関連する業務
• 経営層から求められるデータ／資料作成及び横断的な調整・管理
• 事業ポートフォリオ分析、生産性分析

Requirements

必須条件:

• P／Lの基本的な理解があること
• 論理的且つ構造的説明能力を業務において活用してきた経験があること
• 中／上級Excelスキル（中級レベルの関数使用、マクロ設計もしくは準じた効率化ができるレベル）
• PowerPointで豊富な資料作成経験があること（議論内容を妥当な水準とスピードで資料化できるレベル）
• 日本語：母国語レベル

• 経営企画、営業企画、財務経理等の部署でのP／L管理の経験
• インターネットサービスやデジタルマーケティング領域での経験
• 経営意思決定者へのプレゼンテーションやレポーティングの経験
• 英語での資料作成経験
