- 同社のモバイルアプリ・Webサービスは、マイクロサービスアーキテクチャ思想で構築をし、会員サービスプラットフォームとして成長をし続けています。本ポジションではプロジェクト／プロダクトマネジャ・リーダとして、1)構成するマイクロサービス・プロダクトを、クロスファンクショナルな社内・外チームと協業し、開発・運用をする、2)それらを組み合わせ、お客様と全店舗のバリスタに向けた新しいサービスを企画開発する、ことに携わります。テクノロジストとしてビジネスニーズに対して専門的視点から実現方法を考案して実現する、他には類をみない経験を積むことができます。適性や経歴などから判断して、上長指導のもと、以下のいずれかをご担当いただきます。そのほか、ご経験やクラスにより、チームメンバーの目標管理など部門業務にも携わっていただきます。
業務内容：
デジタルサービスの企画・開発マーケティング部門や営業部門と共に、同社のお客様が求めるデジタルサービスの企画・立案を行い、必要な開発要件をまとめ、開発会社への適切なディレクションを行います。
同社の店舗運営・バリスタ業務へのシステム支援キャッシュレス、デジタルギフト、事前決済＆ピックアップサービス「MOBILE ORDER&PAY」、デリバリーの利用が増え、店舗運営にシステムによるサポートが必要不可欠となっています。 顧客向けに限らず、店舗やサポートセンター向けのサポートアプリの開発・運用を通じて、注文決済や製造業務における課題改善・支援を行います。
各種モバイル・Webサービスの運用新規機能開発やそれに伴うハックエンドの強化等、システム面のプロジェクトマネジメントを継続的に行っています。
機能拡張・品質向上のため、年間500回のリリースを行っています。新しく立ち上げたサービスが既存サービスに与える影響などを予測し、AWS等クラウドプラットフォーム上で、適切な改善活動を行います。
全世界の同社で展開されているデジタルサービスの、日本導入実現性検討アメリカ、中国、韓国など、さまざまな国の同社では、それぞれで革新的なデジタル体験の提供を実現しています。これらについて、開発環境などのテクノロジー視点とビジネス観点を基に、日本市場にどのように導入できるかを調査・検討し、実行に移します。
データドリブンカルチャーへの貢献マーケティング部門や営業部門、社内のデータサイエンティストが自分自身で必要な情報を簡便に効率よく取り扱いができる環境づくりの初期段階の全体アーキテクチャ設計から関り、環境整備を行います。このための必要な開発要件をまとめ、開発会社への適切なディレクションを行います。
