- Responsibilities
- ■業務概要本社購買部の資材設備購買として、設備投資・修繕／工事・資材を中心とした調達企画・管理を担っていただきます。入社後はOJTを通じて当社の仕組み・関係部署/取引先を理解いただき、将来的に管理職登用（マネジャー職）も見据えたポジションです。
【主な業務】1) 設備投資・修繕／工事・資材の調達調達方針/入札・見積戦略の策定、見積評価、ベンダー/コントラクター選定
価格/契約条件交渉、発注決裁に向けた検討・稟議、契約書/登録書管理
スケジュール・品質要件を踏まえた全体マネジメント（社内関係部門との調整含む）
2) 副原料・触媒等／消耗品類の調達に関する統括管理担当者支援、サプライヤ評価・関係強化、コスト最適化、BCP観点でのソース強化
3) 調達企画・ガバナンス購買プロセス/規程整備、競争購買・VE/VA推進(※)、新規サプライヤ開拓
※コスト・品質・納期を考慮した調達改善や、設備・資材の見直し提案コンプライアンス/CSR調達対応、関連部門（工務・生産技術・製造・法務・経理等）との連携強化
■就業環境：残業20時間、フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし）、在宅勤務制度（週2回まで）
■組織構成営業推進部は16名で構成されております。（本社6名／四日市工場6名／千葉工場4名）
■本ポジションの魅力設備投資・修繕／工事の中～大型案件を中心に、会社のコスト・リスク・プロジェクト進捗に直結する意思決定に関与できます。
