Responsibilities: One of the world's largest tobacco manufacturers is looking for a VMD Executive to join its expanding deployment team. This position involves collaborating with the design team to enhance visual merchandising across its stores and various retail partners.
Accountabilities：

Touchpoint Visual and Planogram Development :Develop visuals across channels based on key visuals of each commercial initiatives (new product launch, promotion, program etc.)Localize global VMD guideline to regularly update store visuals and retrofit to improve touch points' consumer experienceTouchpoint Format Development :Adapt global channel format and visual merchandising to the market. お客様のsystemをレガシー環境からRed HatやAzureなどのオープン環境へとマイグレーション案件をPM/PLとして担当いただきます。

モビリティービジネスを支える多様なプロジェクトに参画・リードし、事業サイドとコミュニケーションをとって円滑なプロジェクト運営を目指すポジションです。
■具体的な業務内容：
・プロジェクトの立ち上げ・プロセス設計
・要件に即したプロジェクトの管理・リード
・役割と責任、及びプロジェクトの目的とスコープの明確化
・プロジェクトリスクの管理、及び事前の最小化
・関係者へのプロジェクト状況、進捗レポート（必要に応じてリリース日などを調整・交渉）
・会議コミュニケーション・プランの策定と運営
